1. Heat a cast iron pan or comal and add your Poblanos

2. Rotate the peppers to blacken the skin

3. Place the hot peppers in a sealable bag. Leave them for 5 to 10 minutes.

4. Peel off the Poblano skin with your fingers

5. Cut the Poblanos open, then scrape out the veins and seeds
